We are looking for an experienced polished and professional Receptionist to join our successful Toyota team on a FULL TIME basis.
If you are someone who loves greeting customers face-to-face and on-the-phone, making them feel welcome, helping them with queries, and playing a part in a high-performing team, this is the role for you. We consider this role critical to our success - we know that first impressions really do count!
Your typical day is…
- Start @ 8:30am & finish @ 5:30pm - 2 breaks plus an hour for lunch - Monday to Friday.
- Answer calls & assist walk-in Lexus customers, making sure they connect with someone that can help them.
- Assist the Lexus Sales team as needed.
- Maintain the Lexus showroom floor and reception area to a high standard.
- Complete administrative tasks for Lexus & other departments such as Admin, Sales, Fleet, HR, etc. as needed.
- Contribute to our amazing Front of house team - 2 receptionists, a Senior Receptionist and a fulltime barista.
To succeed you can offer…
- At least 3 years experience as a face-to-face & over-the-phone receptionist.
- An “on-show” professional and proactive presentation & approach.
- Proven ability to assist customers face to face & over the phone.
- Reliability, punctuality and polish.
- Customer-centric communication & problem-solving skills.
- An ability to get along with anyone - you can see the best in everyone!
The role is based in our soon-to-be-renovated Church Street Parramatta dealership and works with a team of receptionists and a barista to ensure our customers have a fantastic first impression and an enjoyable dealership experience.
