About The Role
We are a Melbourne based removalist company looking for outgoing and customer focused Drivers/ Removalists to take on a varied role. You will be out and about at a different location largely working unsupervised, where no two days are rarely ever the same.
About You
- Minimum 1 year client-facing furniture removalist experience.
- You have a minimum MR truck license
- You have a car.
- You are available to work weekends
- A friendly, helpful, honest, and customer first focused can-do attitude.
- To be eager to learn, be proactive and to embrace change with a high level of professionalism.
- To be reliable, hard-working and there for your team mates.
- To care about your personal appearance and have a helpful friendly manner.
- Be physically fit; lifting and physical exertion is part of the role.
The duties will include:
- To focus on nothing other than your job during every removal.
- Making certain that customers goods are never lost or damaged.
- Careful packing and unpacking of customer effects.
- Loading and unloading vehicles.
- To communicate regularly with the customer during uplift & delivery.
- Helping maintain clean and tidy vehicles, equipment, and warehouse.
Job Type: Casual
Pay: $31.00 – $40.00 per hour
Expected hours: 4 – 40 per week
