We are a busy and growing joinery business based in Queanbeyan, specialising in the production of high-quality cabinetry. We’re looking for a reliable, self-motivated team member to support our production team.
About the Role
This hands-on role involves quality control and operating factory machinery. You’ll be responsible for inspecting cabinetry panels to ensure they meet our standards before they are prepared for packing and shipping.
Key Responsibilities
- Operate basic factory and joinery machinery (training provided if needed)
- Conduct quality checks on all cabinetry panels
What We’re Looking For
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Good time management and communication skills
- Physically fit and comfortable with manual handling
- Experience operating machinery (preferred but not essential)
