Role Summary:
The General Manager is responsible for overseeing daily operations, client relationship management, team coordination, and driving business growth. Reporting directly to the owner, you will lead with a strategic and operational mindset to ensure Aspira Cleaning delivers exceptional service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee cleaning operations across multiple sites
- Manage and schedule casual staff
- Coordinate inductions, compliance, and safety protocols
- Ensure quality assurance through periodic site checks
- Manage client relationships and respond to queries
- Prepare weekly and monthly operational reports
- Identify efficiency opportunities and support growth strategies
- Support recruitment, training, and onboarding processes
- Collaborate on pricing reviews and quoting new business
Requirements:
- Minimum 3 years in a supervisory/management role (cleaning industry preferred)
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- High level of initiative and time management
- Experience with scheduling software or job management tools
- Familiarity with WHS compliance and industry standards
- Driver’s licence and own transport required
