Fluency Hub English College is looking for a dynamic and experienced General Manager to lead our growing organisation.
About the Role
The General Manager will oversee the strategic and operational management of the college, ensuring excellence in education delivery, compliance, and student services. Key responsibilities include:
- Providing leadership across all departments (academic, operations, student services, and marketing)
- Driving business growth, partnerships, and student recruitment strategies
- Ensuring compliance with ELICOS Standards, ESOS Act, and National Code
- Managing financial performance, budgets, and reporting
- Building and leading high-performing teams to deliver exceptional student outcomes
Requirements
- Proven senior management experience in the ELICOS or international education sector
- Strong knowledge of compliance and regulatory frameworks
- Exceptional leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to manage multi-campus operations (Manly & Sydney CBD)
- A passion for innovation, growth, and delivering quality education
