We’re excited to offer an opportunity for a passionate and capable Manager to join our Top Ryde team.
What we’re looking for:
- Management experience is a plus but not essential
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to recruit, train, and lead a team of up to 30 staff
- A genuine love for working with children
- Clear and confident written and verbal communication
- Professional and well-presented appearance
- Ability to stay calm and effective under pressure
- Attention to detail to maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming environment
- Team player with excellent communication
- Full weekend availability is essential
Key Responsibilities:
- Leading and managing staff to deliver excellent service
- Providing ongoing training and development opportunities
- Ensuring the highest standards of customer experience
- Creating weekly staff rosters and handling reconciliations
- Maintaining strict adherence to stock and cash management procedures
- Taking a hands-on approach and thinking quickly to solve problems
Please note: Training may be provided at one of our Central Coast locations, and travel will be required for training purposes only.
