About the Role
Reporting directly to the Chief Customer and Technology Officer, you'll lead a multi-disciplinary marketing team and manage a complex budget. This role can be based in Auckland or Christchurch or Melbourne. You'll be responsible for shaping and executing marketing strategies that deliver measurable commercial outcomes.

- Marketing Innovation & Performance: Champion marketing innovation and deliver high-impact, performance-driven campaigns across digital and traditional channels.
- Brand Leadership & Storytelling: Evolve Ryman's brand narrative, positioning, and identity to deepen customer connection and drive preference.
- Customer Insights: Leverage data and insights to inform strategy, optimise spend, and enhance engagement.
- Partnerships & Sponsorships: Build strategic relationships that amplify brand reach and community impact.
- Team Leadership: Inspire and develop a high-performing team across NZ and AU, fostering a culture of accountability and innovation.
