The Role
Reporting into our Head of Sales - Cloud, you'll own the sales target for net new business and lead a team of Business Development Managers, focusing on both mid-market and enterprise level customers.
What you'll do:
✅ Lead, coach and develop your team to develop pipeline and achieve new business sales targets
✅ Develop and execute the new business Cloud sales strategy
✅ Support and/or play a lead role in driving and closing strategy opportunities
✅ Maintain strong relationships with technical teams, marketing and delivery functions
✅ Continue to cultivate a positive and collaborative sales culture

A bit about you:
- You're an experienced sales leader with experience managing teams responsible for securing new logos
- You're a fantastic coach and developer of sales talent
- You've worked in an MSP or vendor and have sold cloud, cyber and/or managed services
- You know how to develop, implement and execute sales strategies to meet new business targets
