Your Next Role
Reporting to the Site Leader your key focus will be operational management including safety, production, compliance and engaging a skilled and committed workforce by leading cultural and behavioural change across the Green Mill. You will be instrumental in driving cultural change, fostering a safety-first mindset, and ensuring full compliance with regulatory standards

- Ensure accountability at all levels to drive continuous production improvement, meeting and exceeding operational targets through consistent performance and proactive problem-solving.
- Leveraging production data and analytics to make informed decisions and drive continuous improvement.
- Financial plans and budgets are delivered for the site in conjunction with key stakeholders.
About you
- Proven senior leadership experience in managing production teams to achieve operational goals.
- Take ownership of production targets, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality products by proactively addressing challenges and implementing effective solutions.
- Experience in promoting and maintaining a safe work environment.
- Experience in coaching, mentoring, and developing team members to enhance their skills and performance.
- Experience in promoting a culture of engagement within the team that supports positive change.
