Your Role as a Greenkeeper
As a Greenkeeper, you’ll play a hands-on role in the maintenance, preparation, and construction of turf wickets and playing surfaces. Your work will directly influence the quality and safety of our sports facilities, ensuring they’re ready for community use and sporting excellence.
You’ll be responsible for:
- Preparing and maintaining turf and landscaped areas to a high standard
- Identifying and managing site hazards
- Coordinating equipment and working collaboratively with your team
- Contributing to the delivery of safe, attractive, and functional community spaces
About You
We’re looking for a motivated team player with a passion for turf management and a commitment to quality. You’ll bring a positive attitude, strong communication skills, and a desire to contribute to your community.
To be successful, you’ll have:
- Certificate III in Sports Turf Management or equivalent experience
- Proven experience in preparing and renovating high-quality sports surfaces
- A strong safety focus and attention to detail
- The ability to work effectively within a team environment

- Package: $69,785 - $75,891 gross p.a. plus 12% superannuation (Salary will be determined based on the skills and experience of the successful candidate).
- Hours of work: Permanent Full Time 38 hours per week with 9 day fortnight. Overtime may be offered during peak season.
