An exciting opportunity to join Brandbank as the Group Production & Graphics Manager. This role will see you oversee the production, sourcing, and delivery of all visual merchandising, windows and campaign materials across Brandbank's six fashion and lifestyle brands. This is a key role in maintaining brand consistency and visual standards across all retail environments, ensuring seamless execution from concept to in-store delivery.
THE ROLE:
- Oversee procurement and stock control of all campaign collateral, in-store and window visual executions, packaging, and graphic output.
- Supervise production processes including proofs, samples, and quality checks.
- Coordinate freight logistics for VM materials across local and interstate locations.
- Maintain supplier relationships and ensure timely, high-quality delivery.
- Track project progress using Asana tool to maintain campaign timelines.
- Oversee the accurate dispatch of seasonal signage and collateral to retail store network.
- Lead the output and workflow of the Creative Services team, managing multiple projects and competing priorities.
- Establish clear processes and communication with internal stakeholders.
- Continuously improve workflows and integrating feedback.
- Ensure all creative outputs meet brand standards, whilst ensuring a strong attention to detail.
- Manage seasonal VM and windows budgets.
- Track and report on production spend with accurate forecasting.
- Lead and mentor Creative Services team members, providing regular feedback and support for team growth.
- On-site role 5-days per week, based in our St Kilda Road offices
- Minimum 5 years' experience in a similar role within fashion retail
- Proven ability to manage large-scale projects from concept through to completion.
- Demonstrated leadership experience managing creative and/or production teams.
- Strong knowledge of production processes including print, signage, propping, packaging, and hardware fabrication across various industries.
- Excellent organisational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritise effectively, work under pressure, and meet tight deadlines.
- Strong creative eye and visual merchandising skills with a high attention to detail and commitment to quality.
- Proficient in managing budgets, supplier relationships, and critical path timelines.
- Strong communication, stakeholder engagement, and negotiation skills.
- Highly proficient in project management tools such as Asana.
- Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Excel, Word).
- Working knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop) – proficiency preferred but not essential.
