The Role
As our Group Sales Manager, you’ll be the engine room of our growth in hotel accommodations, event spaces, and across our wider hospitality offerings.
You’ll lead an already talented sales crew, including our Event Sales Team, inspiring them to break records, not just meet targets. You’ll combine strategic vision with hands-on leadership — identifying opportunities, shaping campaigns, and ensuring every touchpoint with our clients delivers the Alt. wow factor.
Your Key Moves
- Lead & Inspire – Coach, mentor, and empower a high-performing sales team. Recruit, develop, and set the standard for sales excellence.
- Think Big & Deliver – Create and execute strategic sales plans that don’t just chase numbers but smash them.
- Own the Relationships – Build strong, lasting partnerships with clients, uncover their needs, and craft solutions they can’t say no to.
- Keep it Sharp – Oversee sales operations, forecasting, and reporting. Use data to make smart decisions and stay ahead of the curve.
- Stay Ahead of the Game – Monitor industry trends, competitor moves, and customer behaviours to keep us one step ahead.
- Work as One – Collaborate with marketing, operations, and other key teams to ensure our sales strategy aligns with the bigger picture.
- Know the Numbers – Assess market demand, pricing, and profitability to ensure we’re positioned for maximum return.
