Aston Martin Queensland and McLaren Queensland are seeking a highly professional, dynamic, and customer-focused Guest Relations & Marketing Coordinator. Based at the Aston Martin Queensland showroom in Brisbane, this role will be the rst point of contact for our valued guests, ensuring an exceptional showroom experience that reects the prestige of our brands.
In addition to front-of-house responsibilities at Aston Martin Queensland, the role will be responsible for delivering marketing, social media, and event activity across both Aston Martin Queensland (Brisbane) and McLaren Queensland (Gold Coast).
What the role entails:
- Warmly welcome guests to the Aston Martin Queensland showroom, delivering a seamless and memorable luxury brand experience
- Maintain an immaculate front-of-house environment that reflects the Aston Martin brand
- Conduct outbound customer contact for sales and service follow-up, event invitations, appointment confirmations, and brand communications
- Manage social media accounts for both Aston Martin Queensland and McLaren Queensland, curating content that reflects the tone and prestige of each brand
- Assist in the development and execution of marketing campaigns and initiatives across both brands
- Monitor digital engagement and provide insights to improve performance
- Plan, coordinate, and execute customer events for both Aston Martin and McLaren
- Liaise with event partners, suppliers, and venues to deliver premium brand experiences across Brisbane and the Gold Coast
What we are looking for:
- An ability to delight our customers with your superior and professional service standards
- Strong customer service and/or front-of-house experience, ideally within luxury automotive, hospitality, retail, or lifestyle sectors
- Marketing and social media management experience, with an eye for premium branding
- Exceptional communication skills – in person, over the phone, and in writing
- Organised, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities with composure

Proficient in CRM systems, Microsoft Office, and social media platforms
(Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn) - Experience in event planning and execution preferred
- Current driver’s license
