Daily Responsibilities May Include:
Promote Accor's ALL Loyalty Program
Manage guest emails and phone calls in a professional manner
Maintain high guest service standards, upholding the luxury experience
Process payments, room allocations and guest requests
Efficiently manage guest arrivals and departures
Qualifications
What We’re Looking For:
Previous customer service experience is preferred but not required
Strong administration skills, experience using Office 365 and Opera PMS
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Attention to detail and a passion for hospitality
