Job Description
We’re seeking a friendly and professional Guest Service Agent to join our front office team at Oaks R Suites Geelong. This full-time role is ideal for someone who enjoys delivering outstanding customer service, thrives in a team environment, and takes pride in creating memorable guest experiences.
What you’ll do:
- Welcome guests and assist with check-in, check-out, and enquiries
- Handle reservations, payments, and guest accounts efficiently
- Provide accurate local knowledge and recommendations to enhance guest stays
- Liaise with housekeeping and maintenance teams to ensure smooth operations
- Deliver professional, friendly, and efficient service at all times
Qualifications
What we’re looking for:
- Previous experience in front office, customer service, or hospitality preferred
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and solve problems on the spot
- Professional presentation and positive attitude
- Flexibility to work a rotating roster including weekends and public holidays
