PCYC Redlands is on the lookout for an exceptional Gymnastics Program Leader—a passionate, skilled coach who is ready to step into a leadership role and shape the future of our gymnastics program!

In this role, you’ll:
- Lead & Inspire – Take charge of a dynamic team, guiding them towards success with your expertise and passion.
- Mentor & Develop – Train and support new and existing coaches, fostering a positive and professional coaching environment.
- Grow the Program – Design, deliver, and promote engaging gymnastics programs that boost participation and keep athletes coming back.
- Drive Success – Play a key role in marketing, promotions, and membership growth while ensuring the financial success of the program.
We are looking for someone with a strong coaching background (minimum Intermediate Coaching accreditation) who is eager to take their next career step in a leadership position.

About You
- Hold an Intermediate Coaching accreditation (or higher) and technical membership with Gymnastics Australia/Gymnastics Queensland
- Hold a Gymnastics Australia 'Supervisor Certificate'
- Experience in the leadership and management of a Gymnastics/Gymsports Program (nice to have)
- Showcase your expertise in working with children, young adults, special needs, and socially challenged groups through sports and exercise.
- Current First Aid and CPR certificate
