Frankie & George is a fast-paced specialty coffee venue in the heart of the Brisbane CBD, known for our top-tier coffee, great food, and warm hospitality. We’re on the hunt for an experienced Head Barista to lead our coffee team and keep our standards sky high.

- Rate listed is for full-time hours. Position available as either 32 hours per week (pro-rata) or 38 hours per week.
About the role:
As Head Barista, you’ll be the driving force behind our coffee program. You’ll lead daily coffee operations, oversee quality control, dial in and maintain consistency, train new team members, and work closely with the Venue Manager to keep service flowing smoothly.
We’re looking for someone who:
- Has proven specialty coffee experience (leadership experience preferred)
- Has a passion for coffee and a desire to share that passion with the team
- Can confidently dial in and manage high-volume service
- Brings excellent people skills and can inspire a team
- Is committed to delivering an exceptional guest experience, every time
- Thrives in a fast-paced, high-standard environment
