The Opportunity
We’re looking for a driven Head of Digital Analytics to join our team and lead the end-to-end delivery of digital analytics projects within SWM’s sales division, with a strong focus on generating strategic insights to drive our commercial strategy and boost revenue growth.
In this role, you’ll work closely with the Revenue Management team and report directly to Head of Advanced Advertising & Analytics at Sydney.
What you'll do:
- Leading high-impact strategic analytics projects across Seven to drive commercial growth and shape business strategy.
- Delivering detailed insights and recommendations on digital audience, inventory, pricing, market trends, and revenue data.
- Providing ongoing analysis of the Australian advertising market and Total TV performance across all Seven assets.
- Developing and managing analytical tools that empower teams with actionable data and insights.
- Driving pricing strategies for digital assets while tracking revenue and yield to identify growth opportunities.
What you'll bring:
You’re a strong communicator, detail oriented, and analytical individual who thrives in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. You’ll also have:
- Significant experience in Australian media and advertising industry.
- Strong understanding of the Australian television industry, across both digital and broadcast platforms.
- In-depth knowledge of the Australian advertising market and key trends, with expertise in AdTech, digital video advertising, and programmatic.
- Proven track record in leading and inspiring teams to success.
- Intermediate Microsoft 365 skills with knowledge of digital analytics tools such as Tableau and MicroStrategy and the digital landscape.
