SkyCity Adelaide is currently looking for an experienced Head of Loyalty and Insights to lead the Customer Insights and Loyalty team and drive continuous growth in contribution across the business; primarily through focusing on opportunities to uplift customer behaviours, as well as product, operational or efficiency opportunities.
This role is responsible for the development, ongoing refinement, and implementation of the loyalty program and customer insights strategy. This includes development of the loyalty program structure, ongoing mechanics and rewards, as well as contributing to campaigns and initiatives to uplift loyalty program enrolment and engagement for SkyCity Adelaide.
This role will enhance strategy across the business more generally, by leading an internal consulting unit, engaging with stakeholders to identify opportunities to support the business through customer insights, research, analysis and by making recommendations to guide decision making. This role has direct oversight of the customer insights function and will develop a best-in-class team of insights, analytics and strategy experts.
This role is the owner and champion of all Adelaide customer-centric data, ensuring that it is maintained, enhanced through data management and analytics programs, and interrogated to support and guide strategic decision making.
About you
To drive success in this role, you will possess extensive experience in relevant Customer Insights and/or Loyalty Program experience within highly regulated environments, coupled with a natural leadership style that embodies strategic thinking, project management and innovation.
You will have an excellent ability to draw actionable insights and opportunities from complex data sets and work with stakeholders across all levels of the business. Extensive CRM, database marketing, segmentation and sales channel management, along with market research experience will be a must.
Qualifications in statistics/finance/economics/marketing and prior casino, gaming or wagering experience will be highly advantageous.
