The opportunity to join an iconic Australian brand, to help shape, drive & deliver the CRM & Loyalty strategy, executing cutting-edge Retention strategies across a large database.
The Role:
Supporting the Head of Digital & Digital Marketing Manager, to drive growth & retention strategies across the customer database, executing the promotional calendar, mapping customer journeys and building audience segments. You will be responsible for helping to shape & deliver newly created Loyalty Program activity, supporting on day-to-day operations & continuous improvement.
Essential Skills & Responsibilities:
- A solid, demonstrated background within CRM, Digital & Email Marketing & Loyalty focused roles
- Experience within the Retail, Fashion & Apparel sectors would be hugely advantageous but not essential
- Strong, hands on experience with platforms such as Klaviyo, Yotpo, Salesforce Marketing Cloud or Emarsys
- A genuine passion for customer engagement, retention & Loyalty Marketing
- A strong analytical mindset & ability to analyse and present key trends and insights
- Solid exposure to building journey flows & data segmentation
- A forward-thinking focus, innovative in everything you do & ahead of industry trends
