Join a national B2B business undergoing a major digital transformation and play a pivotal role in replacing and evolving their core CRM solution used across Sales, Marketing, and Customer Service teams.

The tech team is small, cross-functional, and valued across the organisation for delivering meaningful digital change — including a recent overhaul of key legacy platforms.
About the Role
As Product Owner, you’ll lead the end-to-end delivery and ongoing success of the new CRM. You’ll define the vision and roadmap, work closely with stakeholders and third-party vendors, and ensure the system is adopted and embedded across the business. This CRM will play a central role in how the organisation manages customer interactions, drives sales performance, and enables smarter marketing engagement — and you’ll be at the centre of ensuring it delivers value from day one.
This is a cross-functional role with plenty of autonomy and visibility. You’ll report into the COO, work alongside operations, technology, and commercial teams, and help shape both the rollout and the long-term evolution of a platform that touches every part of the business.
Key Responsibilities
- Define and own the CRM product vision, roadmap and success metrics
- Lead the phased implementation of the platform and manage third-party vendors
- Ensure seamless integration with core systems (ERP, marketing tools, customer portals)
- Drive user engagement, training, and ongoing adoption across teams
- Champion the voice of the customer and ensure the CRM meets real-world needs
- Lead change and communication efforts to support successful rollout
- Monitor product performance and identify opportunities for ongoing improvement
- Proven experience as a Product Owner
- CRM ownership experience – Hubspot, Salesforce etc
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to lead cross-functional teams
- A background in wholesale, distribution, or retail environments is highly valued
- Experience working in smaller delivery teams with hands-on involvement across product discovery, implementation and post-launch optimisation
- Strong analytical thinking and a track record of making data-informed decisions
- Familiarity with tools like Jira and Confluence
- Comfortable leading training, supporting change management and driving user adoption
