Within Business Banking (BB) the Digital Banking Domain is responsible for managing, improving and transforming Small Business, Corporate and Institutional banking platforms. The digital platforms we leverage include the CommBank app, NetBank, CommBiz and CommBiz Mobile.

This Senior Digital Product Owner opportunity will see you create market leading digital experiences for our Corporate and Institutional customers. Reporting to the Crew Lead, you will lead and drive the delivery of new initiatives across the broader Fraud and Scams roadmap for Business Bank in CommBiz Mobile.
You will develop new and enhance existing customer experiences, drive continuous improvement and risk initiatives across our Digital platforms. This Squad is part of the BB Mobile Crew and is responsible for the design, development and implementation of strategic change to CommBiz Mobile that will protect customers from fraud and scams.
On any given week you will
Partner with business stakeholders (Product, Group Fraud, risk, marketing, analytics and UX) to define the product roadmap to deliver digital experiences that meet business priorities
Act as the voice of the business and translate this for the team.
Simplify complex business problems into meaningful initiatives and work streams
Accountable for addressing impediments, driving decisions and resolving escalations
Lead scrum teams to drive agile delivery of the product roadmap
Manage senior business and technical stakeholders to ensure that prioritisation is understood and agreed to.
Manage the Squad’s performance to defined objectives including OKR tracking, etc
We are interested to hear from people who have
Proven experience working across end-to-end Agile projects as a Digital Product Owner
Proven technical delivery experience, and proven experience delivering into mobile apps and technology transformation
Influential and confident stakeholder management skills, this role will see you working across risk, product, digital, technology and compliance.
Experience in building best practice and innovative customer experiences, customer engagement and product development
Highly analytical skills with a strong commercial acumen
A risk management mindset
