Now is your opportunity to be part of the Pillow Talk Fabric, by joining us in this highly exciting Digital CRM Specialist role based at our enviable Darra Head Office. Are you passionate about crafting meaningful customer journeys? We’re on the hunt for a CRM gun — someone who’s ready to take the reins and truly contribute to and own the execution of the CRM Strategy. We’re looking for a strategic thinker, a sharp executor, and a creative storyteller who’s eager to lead CRM as a key growth engine for the business. You’ll report directly to the Digital Marketing Manager and work closely with a collaborative team of digital, social, and content specialists. With the right mix of curiosity, creativity and commercial savvy, you’ll help shape how we speak to our customers — and bring new ones into the fold.
This is the perfect role for someone ambitious and passionate about retention marketing who’s ready to lead and scale a channel as the business continues to grow.
A bit about you...
- Minimum 3 years’ experience in CRM, lifecycle or retention marketing experience, preferably within eCommerce or retail sectors
- Strategic thinker with strong execution skills to identify opportunities to deepen engagement, retention and growth, and see it through to getting it live
- Proven ability to develop and execute comprehensive customer journeys across email and SMS channels
- Comfortable with briefing, writing and editing email content that aligns with our brand voice, bring the product to life and resonates with our audience
- Confident communicator capable of translating insights into action
- Exceptional attention for detail and strong organisational skills to manage multiple tasks and deadlines
- Skilled in analysing CRM and eCommerce metrics to uncover trends and drive improvement
- Hands-on experience in CRM tools, with a preference for Klaviyo experience
- Familiarity with eCommerce platforms like BigCommerce and Shopify, and Analytics tools such as GA4
- Passionate about marketing more broadly: you bring ideas to brainstorms, contribute to cross-channel strategy, and collaborate beyond your lane. Your channel doesn’t operate in a vacuum – and you don’t either
