As our Head of Marketing, you’ll lead a powerhouse team across brand and digital, crafting unforgettable guest experiences that start online and last well beyond the exit gates.

- Lead the charge on brand and digital strategies across all Village Roadshow Theme Parks.
- Transform the guest journey into a seamless, personalised, and memorable experience—from research to ride queue.
- Use data, insights, and a dash of marketing magic to deliver campaigns that hit both hearts and revenue targets.
- Partner with internal teams and external agencies to produce creative, innovative, and measurable campaigns.
- Champion digital transformation, AI-led personalisation, and omnichannel marketing excellence.
- Mentor and inspire a high-performing team, fostering a culture of curiosity, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
- Keep a close eye on budgets, performance metrics, and the ever-evolving media landscape.
- Tertiary qualification in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field.
- Proven experience leading high-performing teams in multi-channel marketing environments (tourism, entertainment, or attractions a plus).
- Success in brand strategy, digital marketing, eCommerce, and customer acquisition.
- Strong leadership, coaching, and people development skills.
- Commercial and analytical mindset with a track record of translating insights into results.
- Skilled at balancing big-picture strategy with hands-on execution.
- Deep understanding of CRM, customer journey mapping, and data analytics.
- Experience managing significant budgets and driving measurable growth.
