About the role:


Reporting to the Director Marketing, the Head of Marketing Programs leads the marketing and communications for the Gambling Harm Prevention and Response programs. As a senior member of the Communications and Engagement branch, the role leads a team of specialists responsible for developing and delivering evidence-based behaviour change campaigns and overseeing the delivery of communication services, including responsibility for strategic marketing campaigns, communications, program branding, digital content and social media channels, delivering marketing communications advice to key stakeholders across the department and collaborating with senior leaders across the branch to ensure communications are integrated and aligned to the overarching program strategies, departmental narrative and objectives

  • An experienced marketing and communications professional, skilled in developing and leading behavioural change marketing strategies, ready to deliver best practice campaigns?
  • Experienced in leading a team to deliver and continuously improve our audience-led marketing and communications with a multi-channel approach?
  • An experienced marketing & communications professional with demonstrated experience and specialist expertise in leading marketing functions in a complex large corporate or public sector setting/
