The opportunity:
Eager to join the sales team for Australia’s best Theme Park company? We’re looking for a sales leader who knows how to turn possibilities into results and have a blast doing it! As our Head of Sales, you’ll be steering the revenue engine behind some of Australia’s most iconic theme parks. From Direct-to-Consumer to Trade and inbound international markets, you’ll lead a high-performing team to grow ticket sales and accommodation revenue, boost guest numbers, and deliver unforgettable experiences that keep people coming back for more.
You’ll work side-by-side with our CMO to craft bold sales strategies, harness first-party data, and unlock new opportunities in both domestic and international markets. This is your chance to combine commercial smarts with a love of big ideas, in a place where fun is part of the job description.
- Lead our Sales team to hit and exceed revenue, attendance, and EBITDA targets.
- Drive acquisition, retention, and lifetime value through smart, data-led strategies.
- Champion CRM optimisation, lead scoring, and segmentation to maximise conversion rates.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with tourism partners, trade accounts, and industry stakeholders.
- Identify and seize new market opportunities across hotels, travel, and emerging sales channels.
- Report on trends, insights, and competitor moves to stay ahead of the game.
- Inspire and mentor a results-driven team, fostering a proactive, high-performance culture.
- Tertiary qualification in Sales, Business, Communications, or related field.
- Proven success leading high-performing sales teams in multi-channel environments (tourism, attractions, or entertainment experience a plus).
- Strong track record in sales strategy, pipeline management, and conversion optimisation.
- Experience in both direct and trade sales, with an eye for spotting untapped opportunities.
- Exceptional leadership and people development skills.
- Commercial and analytical mindset, with the ability to translate insights into revenue growth.
- Deep understanding of CRM systems, customer journey mapping, and sales analytics.
- Skilled in balancing big-picture strategy with hands-on execution.
- Experience managing significant budgets
