Are you our next Head of Major Events?
Colmed Group is seeking expressions of interest for a permanent role of: Project & Operations Administrator.
Reporting to the Operations Manager and based at our head office in Noble Park North VIC; our Project Administrator provides project planning, office / rostering administration and onsite event assistance. The role is full-time Monday-Friday 9am-4pm. Weekends required.
Key Responsibilities:
- Rostering personnel to events and shifts throughout Australia
- Providing amazing customer service to our staff and clients
- Planning and preparing for events
- General office administration
- Assisting with packing for events
- Logistics: bump-in/out duties and non-clinical roles
- Ensure all action items are completed with utmost detail, accuracy and due diligence
- Active participation at internal and external meetings when liaising with clients and personnel to develop and strengthen established relationships
Your Experience & Qualifications:
- Diploma of Event Management or Diploma of Project Management or similar qualification
- A first aid certificate
- A background in sales, rostering, scheduling, quoting, event services and/or healthcare/first aid industry experience (desired)
- Demonstrated interest in the events industry, including but not limited to first aid, event management, volunteer management, security, staffing; will help your application.

- Excellent working knowledge of computer software e.g. Microsoft Excel, Word and Gmail
