Operations Manager – Glue Store (Multi-Site)

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Operations Manager to join our team at Glue Store, overseeing operations and visual merchandising across multiple store locations across Melbourne. We are looking for a retail leader who thrives behind the scenes and has a sharp eye for visual impact, efficient stock flow, and driving brand consistency.
About the Role
As the Operations Manager, you’ll be responsible for managing back-of-house operations while executing high-level visual merchandising. You’ll play a key role in ensuring each store meets operational standards, VM directives, and commercial goals—all while delivering a seamless and inspiring customer experience.
Key Responsibilities:
• Multi-Site Stock & Inventory Oversight: Manage and support back-of-house operations across various stores to ensure consistent stock flow, accurate inventory levels, and efficient processing of deliveries.
• Visual Merchandising Excellence: Execute and maintain Glue Store’s visual merchandising standards across stores, ensuring windows, mannequins, and floor layouts align with brand direction, product strategy, and trading needs.
• Floor Readiness & Commercial Execution: Collaborate with Store Managers to deliver floor moves, product launches, and VM refreshes in response to trade performance and seasonal campaigns.
• Operational Process & Compliance: Ensure each store operates with consistency in BOH practices, safety procedures, shrink management, and inventory integrity.
• Team Coaching & Development: Train and guide in-store BOH and VM team members, fostering high performance, strong communication, and operational excellence across all locations.
What You’ll Bring:
• Experience in stock operations, BOH management, and visual merchandising within a retail or fashion environments
• Strong understanding of VM principles, space planning, and the ability to adapt layouts quickly based on stock and trade.
• Excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage priorities across multiple sites.
• A collaborative and flexible leadership style, with the ability to coach and influence teams.
• Passion for fashion, retail trends, and delivering brand-aligned experiences in-store.
