Key Responsibilities
- Deliver engaging one-on-one and small group tutoring sessions
- Follow structured lesson plans
- Provide timely feedback and progress updates
- Support students with exams, assignments, and class content
- Maintain session records and collaborate with the team
- Foster student confidence and motivation
Required Skills and Qualifications
- Experience tutoring or teaching Years 7–12 English
- Strong understanding of NSW English curriculum
- Excellent communication and engagement skills
- Organised, reliable, and self-motivated
- Working With Children Check (or willing to obtain)
- Available during after-school hours and Saturdays
Preferred Skills
- High Band 5 or Band 6 in HSC Advanced English
- Familiarity with Stage 4–6 syllabus
- Tutoring experience in small groups or one-on-one
- Adaptive teaching strategies
