The Opportunity
- We are looking to find some hard working, experienced kitchen legends to work in our busy kitchen.
- The role will include the following:
- Preparation and delivery of our restaurant menu and function food menu;
- Adhering to our high level of food presentation;
- Maintaining a high standard of hygiene and cleanliness; and
- Championing kitchen health and safety.
You should have:
- A knowledge of food and commitment to producing food of the highest quality and presentation;
- A drive to learn more in the kitchen space and build upon a foundation of kitchen experience.
- Experience in fast paced work environments, experience in kitchens preferred.
- Good time management and organisational skills, with the ability to plan, prepare and think ahead;
- A commitment to prioritise hygiene, food handling and health & safety procedures;
- Self motivation but also the ability to work in a team;
- A passion for excellent service with a positive can-do attitude;
- Great availability, including weekends and nights;
- Excellent communication skills; and
- Reliability and punctuality.
