We are seeking a compassionate and reliable Home Care Worker to support elderly clients in the community. This role is ideal if you genuinely enjoy helping seniors stay safe and independent in their own homes.
What You'll Do:
- Provide personal care, domestic assistance, social support, and transport for shopping/appointments
- Work independently in the community, visiting clients in their homes
- Assist with meaningful day-to-day activities that improve quality of life
What You Need:
✅ Certificate III in Individual Support (Ageing/Disability) or equivalent
✅ Permanent Australian Resident
✅ Must reside in Broadbeach, Palm Beach, Mermaid Beach, Robina.
✅ National Police Check (or willingness to obtain)
✅ Fully vaccinated for COVID-19 and 2024 flu season
✅ Current First Aid & CPR (or willingness to obtain)
✅ Open Driver’s Licence
✅ Reliable, registered vehicle with comprehensive insurance
✅ A caring, positive attitude and great communication skills
