The Role:
We are seeking a skilled and motivated Horticulturist / Team Leader to spearhead our maintenance operations. You’ll be the go-to person on the ground, managing jobs, ensuring quality work, and helping the business grow.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lawn mowing, edging, and lawn care
- Pruning, hedge trimming, and shaping
- Garden clean-ups, mulching, and general maintenance
- Plant care and basic horticultural advice for clients
- Managing daily schedules and leading small teams
- Ensuring a high standard of work and customer satisfaction

What We’re Looking For:
- Experience in horticulture, landscaping, or garden maintenance
- Strong work ethic and attention to detail
- Leadership skills and ability to manage jobs independently
- Drivers licence (essential)
- Cert III in Horticulture (preferred but not essential)
