- Passion for all aspects of gardening.
- Current driver's license (manual preferred).
- Minimum 5-7 years of industry experience, including supervisory or team lead roles.

- Contribute to the growth and success of the team and the company.

Responsibilities:
- Oversee and coordinate the daily activities of the gardening team.
