IRT is investing in our leadership capability and we are looking for a Hospitality Team Leader to lead the planning, ordering, preparation and compliance of our site-based food service, laundry and cleaning operations.

This is an exciting Full Time position, based at our IRT Thomas Holt Kirrawee site.

• Leading, mentoring and supervising hospitality employees, including reviewing performance
• Responsibility for the planning, ordering and overseeing the preparation of all meals (complying with resident dietary requirements) and light refreshments to ensure residents enjoy a quality food experience
• Ensuring food safety documentation is complete and that all work practices meet HACCP requirements. Ensure all corrective actions are completed with specified timeframes
• Ensuring deliveries are received and processed in accordance with IRT food safety plan
• Monitoring IRT cleaning contractor team members to ensure cleaning standards are met
• Ensure the management and delivery of hospitality services meets Aged Care Quality Standards and is in line with IRT’s policies and procedures
• Participating in the recruitment, selection and orientation of team members in line with IRT’s policies and procedures
