Casual staff required to be available Monday to Friday working a 9.30-2.30 shift.

Duties:

Clean, disinfect, and arrange guest rooms according to company standards.
Ensure all amenities are in place and replenish supplies as needed.
Report any maintenance issues or damage to the supervisor.
Ensure high levels of cleanliness and hygiene in rooms.
Provide excellent customer service to guests by addressing requests or concerns promptly.
Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in public spaces
Ensure all public areas are well-stocked with necessary supplies.
Ensure that public spaces create a welcoming atmosphere for guests.
Maintain confidentiality of guest information and adhere to company policies.
