About the Role:
As a Team Leader, you will oversee the production and distribution of meals, ensuring services meet the highest standards of quality and efficiency. You’ll coordinate staff in food services, cleaning, and laundry operations—providing guidance, support, and hands-on assistance to ensure daily tasks are carried out effectively. In this role, you may also perform cooking duties as needed, contributing directly to service delivery while supporting your team to succeed.

What We’re Looking For:
- Proven experience in the provision of a catering, cleaning, linen and laundry service.
- Experience in the supervision of staff as a Team Leader.
- Previous experience providing advice to employees on appropriate procedures and safe work practices.
- Experience in determining and appraising methods of work organisation, which includes implementing detailed directions and procedures and assisting in the provision of on-the-job training.
- Experience in the use of computer packages e.g., Microsoft Word, Excel.
- Experience in maintaining employee rosters.
- Proven experience in exercising own judgement and initiative in the day-to-day execution of a position.

Applicant Information
This is a part time vacancy, working 64 hours per fortnight and salary will be adjusted according to actual hours worked.
