As the HR Advisor, you will deliver a range of HR generalist services across the employment lifecycle to support business objectives. You will have the opportunity to assist in the development and implementation of HR initiatives and projects that align to the Commission's strategic workforce plan, while contributing to building a high performing, respectful and inclusive workplace culture.
Here's what your role will involve:
Provide quality HR generalist advice to ensure the consistent application and use of policies, procedures and relevant legislation which supports the business area to achieve its outcomes, and encourages a supportive, flexible and collaborative approach to employee management across the business.
Partner with the senior management team to meet business needs and enhance workforce capabilities within the employee lifecycle, including:
Employment conditions
Recruitment and selection
HR policy and procedure
Learning and development
Health, safety and wellbeing
Actively contribute to, HR projects and initiatives, including collaborating and consulting with stakeholders to achieve successful outcomes.
