If you have an eye for detail and love compliance and audit, this is a fantastic opportunity for you. Join our HR team to develop and support our HR systems and recruitment compliance. As a subject matter expert, your responsibilities will include:
- Overseeing and maintaining our recruitment management systems including trouble shooting and providing support to users.
- Generating reports on recruitment metrics, such as time-to-fill, candidate sources, and diversity statistics.
- Lead system and process improvement projects across the recruitment function.
- Compliance management to ensure HR and recruitment practices comply with legislation and internal policies and identifying any risks.
- Maintaining accurate records of compliance including training and audits.

To be successful in this role, you will have:
- Extensive experience with HR/ recruitment systems including compliance and audit
- Knowledge of Australian legislation including labour laws
- Demonstrated ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities effectively.
- Effective communication skills and the ability to convey clear messaging to a variety of audiences.
- Proficiency in HRIS, ATS and CRS software, and Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.
