What You’ll Be Doing
- Lead recruitment, onboarding, and employee lifecycle activities
- Develop and maintain HR policies that meet industry and legal standards
- Manage payroll, employee benefits, and compliance obligations
- Provide guidance on staff performance, development, and workplace relations
- Maintain accurate employee records and ensure HR compliance
- Oversee daily office operations and administrative support
- Foster a positive, inclusive, and values-aligned workplace culture
What You Bring
- A degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- 2–3 years’ experience in HR/Admin roles (preferably in aged care or healthcare)
- Strong understanding of employment law and HR compliance
- Excellent leadership, communication, and multitasking skills
- A genuine interest in creating a well-supported, happy team environment
Job Type: Casual
Pay: $35.00 – $40.00 per hour
Expected hours: 30 – 40 per week
