About the role
As a Call Centre Admin, you'll play a critical role behind the scenes, ensuring our contact center runs smoothly and is providing high quality, culturally respectful services to jobseekers that meets service delivery targets. You'll support our job mentors with scheduling, reporting and other various admin functions whilst also being the first point of contact for our WFA program. You will provide regular reporting of call center metrics and also liaise with internal and external stakeholders. This is a full-time role based in Earlville

About you
- Excellent interpersonal skills and exceptional phone manner with the ability to yarn with our participants
- First Nations Cultural sensitivity
- Strong organisational and multitasking ability
- Proficiency in Microsoft office suite
- Strong attention to detail
- ability to work independently and as part of a team
- ability to work under pressure and handle customer complaints
- Must have WWCC blue card and pass a police check.
