HRIS Systems Lead

  • Newly created role working across HR and Finance
  • Part Time ongoing role (0.7 FTE)
  • Flexible & Remote working environment
  • Annual salary $110,000 (FTE equivalent) plus salary packaging available

As the HRIS Systems Lead, you will take ownership of SAP SuccessFactors and manage the system end-to-end, from maintaining the organisational hierarchy and system administration through to troubleshooting and continuous improvement.


This new role forms a key part of the People Development & Safety Team and will also work closely with our Finance Team and oversee the related HRIS governance, role-based permissions and position management.


About the role

  • Support the EBA implementation processes within SAP SuccessFactors ensuring relevant testing is managed
  • Enhance the overall user experience and system knowledge through training guides and workshops
  • Oversee System releases making recommendations and managing pre and post-launch testing
  • System Reporting including people metrics and compliance reports

About you

  • At least 3 years of experience in a similar HR Systems and Reporting role.
  • Proven experience with SAP SuccessFactors System Administration, specifically with Employee Central Core, Recruitment & Onboarding
  • Strong technical skills in troubleshooting, configuration, testing, and reporting
  • Ability and adeptness to work cross-functionally across Finance, IT and HR
  • Advanced proficiency in MS Excel, including VLOOKUPs and Formulas.
