Your Next Role

This 12-month maternity leave contract offers the opportunity to work closely with the National HSE Team, where you will play a key role in ensuring the Hyne Group’s HSE management systems are fit for purpose, user-friendly, and continuously improved to support a high-performing safety and environmental culture across the business.

  • Our safety culture and performance is continuously improved through effective capacity and capability development of our people and HSE Management Systems.
  • Our safety data and HSE Systems are maintained to a high standard (e.g., Damstra – HSE Management Software, InfoSafe, SharePoint and Excel)
  • Data from the HSE reporting system, Safety Program initiatives, and legislative and compliance changes, are analysed to provide accurate insight to support leadership decision making.
  • Information management and document control processes are developed and maintained to ensure the HSE communications, data and records are effective, accessible, and retained in line with compliance obligations.
About you
  • You are organised, detail-focused, and take pride in keeping information accurate and well-managed.
  • You are comfortable working with data, supporting regular reporting activities, and using tools like Excel to help present information clearly and reliably.
  • You are willing to learn new systems such as Vault, SharePoint, and other HSE platforms, and you bring a proactive mindset to getting the job done right.
  • You approach your work with a ‘be of service’ attitude, building strong relationships and contributing positively to team goals.
  • Your ability to manage documents, support compliance, and communicate effectively helps ensure the HSE team runs smoothly and supports a strong safety culture across the business.
