As an HR Advisor, you will be the first point of contact for all HR matters while providing expert guidance and support to managers and employees. You'll play a key role in managing the employee lifecycle, including, recruitment, onboarding, performance management, development, and offboarding processes. This position, reporting to both the General Manager and Operations Manager, will contribute to the attainment of strategic goals by enhancing staff morale and engagement.
This role is an ideal opportunity for an HR generalist who is passionate about the field, highly self-directed, and has a keen eye for detail.
Skills and Experience:
- More than 2 years of relevant experience in an HR Advisor or HR Officer role
- Tertiary qualification in Human Resources, Psychology, or a related field
- Strong understanding of Fair Work legislation, the National Employment Standards (NES), and Modern Awards
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Previous experience in managing employee lifecycle, HR reporting, performance management, or organisational design is highly regarded
- Background in food manufacturing is a plus
