Roper Gulf Regional Council looking for a Human Resources Advisor a to delivering proactive, high-quality HR services across a diverse and vibrant workforce.
As our Human Resources Advisor, you'll work closely with the Manager of Human Resources to deliver effective, practical HR support across all Council departments. This is a hands-on generalist role where you'll contribute to policy development, workforce planning, performance management, employee relations, and HR systems management. This role is ideal for an experienced HR professional looking to make a difference, influence organisational improvement, and work within a culturally rich and community-focused environment.

- Base Salary: $86,864 – $95,537 per annum (depending on experience)
