We are now hiring a passionate Human Resources Business Partner to join our friendly high performing HR team. This is a pivotal role for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and wants to make a real impact on people, process and culture. Reporting directly to the HR Manager - Australia the HRBP is responsible for the operational delivery of HR strategies and partners with managers across all areas of the regional business on all aspects of HR. In establishing collaborative and sustainable partnerships with key stakeholders to support the achievement of business goals / objectives.
Your key focus areas include:
Partners with leaders to execute the people strategy while ensuing alignment to the vision and long-term strategy and operational plans.- Provide HR advice and support to leaders regarding management of employee relations matter, employee performance and disciplinary matters including investigations.
- Provide insightful analytics, trends and recommended action to clients to guide planning, program design, decision making and measures of success.
- Build a culture of inclusion by infusing Diversity, Equity and Inclusion strategies into talent acquisition, manager growth and development, employee experience and organisation design.
- Coach leaders through people cyclic processes, organisational issues, talent strategies and leadership development.
- Implement and deliver training and development programs that support employee growth, organisations needs and compliance.
- Manage interactions and foster relationships with various unions, regulators, subcontractors and client representatives.
- Work with the broader HR team to develop and deliver against key aspects of the strategy.
- Health, Safety and Wellness: Champion initiatives and implement programs to enhance the employee experience; promote a positive work environment and safety culture and support overall employee well-being, work-life balance and mental health.
About You
4 - 5 years' experience in a generalist HR role in either Airline, Manufacturing, Transport / Logistic or FMCG industry- Tertiary qualification in Human resources or a related discipline
- Extremely knowledgeable around ER & IR performance and change
- Confidence coaching leaders at all levels
- Adaptability, resilience and the ability to build and maintain strong stakeholder relationships across the company
- Practical approach in business outcomes and people care and support
- Stays calm and can perform in a dynamic and evolving environment
