We’re now seeking a Sales and Business Development Intern to join our team and support our commercial growth. This is a unique opportunity to gain real-world experience in media sales, partnerships, and B2B relationship building — all within a fast-paced creative environment.
What You’ll Be Doing
Assist in identifying and researching potential brand, tourism, and event partners
Support outreach via email, phone, and LinkedIn to initiate new conversations
Help build pitch decks, rate cards, and proposal templates
Assist in CRM management, lead tracking, and reporting
Sit in on partnership meetings and take notes or follow-up actions
Work closely with marketing and partnerships teams to align messaging and assets
Contribute to ideation for commercial campaign packages or event sponsorships
What We’re Looking For
Strong interest in sales, partnerships, or business development
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Confident, professional, and not afraid to take initiative
Organised and detail-focused, with good time management
Bonus: Canva, Google Slides, CRM tools or LinkedIn outreach experience
Sydney-based availability is a plus but not essential
