The scope of the broader Implementation & Activation (I&A) team covers the Implementation Planning and Activation of all media channels and touchpoints, with a focus on delivering connected, audience-first client outputs. Within the team, we have members who work across all channels and both implementation planning & activation, and others who specialise and work across a more focused scope of work, (e.g. Performance specialists who work across Social & Search).
We’re expanding our Nike team, seeking people with a genuine passion for driving results and working with a killer team and client. Nike are known for activating truly exciting, ground breaking and first to market media campaigns. Adding Performance to our existing Brand Team is a unique opportunity and one not to be missed. Tenure on the Mindshare Nike team is huge because the people frankly love and care for the brand and the team are an integrated extension to the Nike Marketing team.

Location: Melbourne
The I&A Associate Manager - Performance is an important role, ensuring operational excellence and responsible for driving day-to-day work that delivers effective campaigns, ensuring best-in-class consistent implementation, optimisation, and reporting.
This role will focus on managing the SEM account for Nike with a strong focus on ROI and performance;
- Keep pace with our fast-evolving digital and tech landscape.
- Build on the agency's reputation for outstanding client service.
- Contribute to great teamwork with a supportive and positive attitude.
- Collaborate closely with your manager to identify, collate and showcase examples of great work from within the team, both internally and externally
YOUR IDEAL SKILLS & EXPERIENCE
To thrive in this role, you will be enthusiastic about digital marketing and have a good understanding of paid search platforms like Google Ads. You’re detail-oriented, comfortable working with numbers, and eager to learn how to run and optimise search campaigns. You’re a team player with strong communication skills, ready to take ownership of tasks and grow your expertise in a fast-paced environment.
