Longwarry Twinklekids Early Learning Centre is seeking a passionate and dedicated Educator to join our team in a full-time Inclusion Support role.
This is a unique opportunity for an educator with a strong background in supporting children with additional needs to make a lasting impact in an inclusive and nurturing learning environment.
About the Role:
- Provide day-to-day support for children with additional needs to participate fully in the program
- Collaborate with families, educators, and allied health professionals to implement inclusive practices
- Support the development and implementation of individual learning and behaviour support plans
- Contribute to a positive and supportive team culture where all children feel safe, valued, and included
About You:
- Certificate III or Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care (Diploma preferred)
- Proven experience working with children with additional needs (NDIS or inclusion support funding experience is a plus)
- Knowledge of the EYLF and NQS, with a commitment to inclusive education practices
- Strong communication, empathy, and teamwork skills
- Current Working with Children Check, First Aid, and CPR
