The Careers Centre is responsible for delivery of professional, innovative careers development and employment services to all students at the University. The Careers Centre is located within Student Services and works closely with internal stakeholders, including faculties and the UWA Student Guild, and external stakeholders, including employers.
About the opportunity
- You will provide professional, efficient administrative support, assist with organisation and delivery of events.
- Direct contact with stakeholders and working with Employability staff to assist students along their career journey.
About you
- Year 12 or equivalent competency.
- Considerable relevant customer service and administrative experience at an appropriate level.
- High level of proficiency in a range of computing skills including word processing, spreadsheets, databases, web content management and email.
- Demonstrated high level communication and interpersonal skills specific to client service delivery.
- Well-developed organisational skills and demonstrated attention to detail
