AI Talent is on the lookout for an Information and Organisation Professional to join our growing team. This position suits individuals with versatile expertise across strategy, policy, research, or information systems who apply their skills to enhance organisational performance, ensure governance, and support decision-making. As an Information and Organisation Professional (Not Elsewhere Classified), you will work across projects that require critical analysis, stakeholder engagement, reporting, and the design of operational and information strategies.
SKILLS & EXPERIENCE
Qualifications:
Master’s degree in Business, Information Management, Policy, or a related discipline.
Experience:
Minimum 6 years of full-time professional experience in a strategic, organisational, research, or information advisory role.
Skills:
Conduct research, policy analysis or operational assessments to support organisational planning and change.
Evaluate business processes, workflows, or knowledge systems to identify opportunities for improvement.
Develop and document frameworks, strategies or policies related to governance, compliance, or information management.
Analyse organisational data and reporting structures to ensure alignment with regulatory or strategic objectives.
Engage internal and external stakeholders through consultation and reporting activities.
Prepare business cases, briefing papers, and proposals to support decision-making or project funding.
Monitor and assess risk, regulatory change or operational performance and provide timely recommendations.
Coordinate strategic initiatives such as internal reviews, capability uplift, or cross-functional project delivery.
Prepare reports, presentations, and process documentation in line with organisational standards and best practices.
Ensure all tasks align with relevant data governance, privacy, and ethical standards.
Requirements:
Ability to work independently on complex or cross-functional projects.
Demonstrated analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Strong attention to detail and ability to follow through on deliverables.
Familiarity with Australian regulatory or policy frameworks is highly regarded.
Previous experience in a consulting, policy, change management, or information governance role is desirable.
Skilled in MS Office tools, particularly Excel, PowerPoint, and Word; experience with data visualisation or reporting tools is a plus.
